You may return most new, unworn and unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. If a product has been installed and shows any signs of installation, scratches, clamp marks, worn threads, etc, we will not refund or exchange it. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number should be written on the outside of the returned package. Once the return has been approved by us, you will be credited the cost of the item, not to include shipping and handling, to the method of payment you originally purchased the item with.
The item being returned MUST meet the following criteria: Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Have been opened and used (once it’s been placed on a bike it cannot be returned)
Missing their serial number or UPC
Special orders (case by case approval)
Not returned within 30 days after delivery
Returned without prior coordination with K&S
